Discussion Groups
Because of the overwhelming success in 2009, we will be continuing with the Discussion Groups this year. Discussion groups are intended to provide a forum for attendees to present questions and offer experiences to a group of professionals with common interests, in order to obtain answers, provide feedback, and offer similar experiences. A moderator will be present, but attendees will be encouraged to dictate the flow of ideas.
This is an opportunity for attendees to provide topics of interest to them. Although there will be no set agenda, we will try to group all suggestions into four separate areas of interest so symposium attendees can choose in which sessions to participate. Four discussion groups are planned, two in the morning and two in the afternoon.
The first step is a call for topics. Topics can be submitted to: discussions@calgarypumpsymposium.ca.
Groups will be moderated by John Henderson, Pedro Ocana, Brad Cassolato, and a guest panel of experts.
